Architecture-first privacy and cryptographic integrity
Trust is engineered directly into our compute architecture. We design processing layouts that respect data boundaries by prioritising local execution over continuous cloud reliance. Under the Inference Verification Protocol, every automated decision produces a mathematical signature verifying that the data behind it remains untampered with.
Technical data telemetry tiers
We separate incoming data signals into two distinct functional parameters:
- Enterprise identity inputs — names, corporate email profiles and business metadata provided voluntarily through developer registries and licensing channels.
- Cryptographically attested telemetry — localised biometric signals such as 128Hz raw ECG wave vectors, internal device state tags, and vision model outputs signed natively with unique hardware fingerprints.
Data minimisation and processing integrity
Seyon NexGen does not monetise, sell or distribute user data to third-party brokers. Processing occurs on two lawful pillars: systemic execution, meaning validation of active annual device activation tokens; and algorithmic enhancement, meaning calibration of local neural runtimes to improve on-device inference accuracy.
Decentralised data management and retention
Our reference architectures use local storage as circular ring buffers, so biometric and environmental data caches entirely offline during network interruptions. Non-active developer profiles are scrubbed automatically after 12 months. Licensed account frameworks are retained throughout the active partnership window and held for seven years to fulfil legal accounting requirements.
Global rights and compliance access
In alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of India, the GDPR and CCPA frameworks, you hold control over your data traces. Submit data queries or permanent erasure requests to the privacy channel listed in the site footer.
